Behind the scenes with Gig Photography + The Striped Petal

Yesterday The Crimson Fox partnered with Gig Photography for an editorial photoshoot featuring The Striped Petal, a Michigan-based paper flower studio. The air was brisk and still as we carried in floral arrangements, bouquets, a wedding dress and camera equipment. Our venue of choice: Blake's Hard Cider Co., and our model: my sister, Kasey Borgen (having a beautiful sister has it's perks!)

We went for a luxe winter wedding theme, then a light and airy spring vibe to show off the multiple styles and products offered by The Striped petal from custom wedding arrangements and bouquets, to home decor and centerpieces, and the everyday bouquet for Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and beyond!
